Showcase Workflow

  • Every subsidiary belonging to the group of companies gets monthly an invitation mail for the current collection workflow and then they enter their monthly financial statements (actuals) including a 6 month rolling forecast.

  • The subsidiary can get access to all of its own historical data (read-only). Data for the current period can be / must be entered as long as the current collection workflow is open. The workflow is individually closed by every single collection user pressing the “FINISH” button.

  • This way, the group controller knows which companies have already finished their data delivery and then uses the real-time aggregation functionality of data.1io to get the financial statements of all subsidiaries summed up. She/he checks the final results and can re-open some single subsidiaries in order to update their data.

  • The data can be connected via the ODATA-API to a dashboarding service like Microsoft Power BI and/or into a legal consolidation solution like SAP®.
